Our primary focus is developing luxury villas and homes in the nearby 'fashionable' destination of Alibag.

Top Notch Realty Pvt. Ltd was formed in 2005 in Mumbai. Our primary focus is developing luxury villas and homes in the nearby ‘trendy’ destination of Alibag. Here, we have started building and maintaining luxurious weekend homes since as well as acquiring strategic land that possesses strong natural attributes and is located close to the jetty. Top Notch has also completed various projects from one-off customized homes to completely ready houses, along with offering renovation and repairs.

Directors of the company, father and son duo Amit and Harsh Mehta were the visionaries behind the business, realizing Alibaug’s potential in 2000, when they bought their first home there. They were convinced that in time, people would come to see the value in owning a ‘second’ home, on which basis, Top Notch was set up. Today the company is also exploring possibilities of larger developments, and will announce these projects very soon.

Most buyers of vacation homes are now looking for a fully integrated lifestyle which is nothing short of a ‘home hotel’. Unlike the older generations of their family, they do not have the tolerance to search for land, talk to architects, address local issues, and deal with overburdened contractors or with unethical suppliers. They also don’t have the two other requisites of home builders, which are time, and patience!

Amit Mehta

Partner

Mr. Amit Mehta graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai with a degree in Chemical Engineering. An entrepreneur and visionary by nature, he is the Chairman & Managing Director of the S-Amit Group of Companies, which consists of 10 companies across the various sectors of Chemicals, Retail, Design, IT, and Real Estate.

The Retail & Design businesses comprise of the companies making up the furniture store PINAKIN, and Pinakin Patel & Associates Design Firm.

In the Real Estate sector his companies Topnotch Realty Pvt. Ltd. and High End Developer Pvt. Ltd. have been operative since 2005.

harsh mehta

Partner

Mr. Harsh Mehta is the Director and Managing Director for both, Top Notch Realty Pvt. Ltd. and High End Developers Pvt. Ltd. With an education from Mumbai’s Cathedral and John Connan School, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Regents Business School, London, Harsh eventually moved back to India in 2005, to work for 2 years under his uncle & renowned architect & interior designer Pinakin Patel.

During the years he worked with Pinakin, Top Notch Realty was founded and the company begun procuring a land bank to eventually enter into the real estate market. After gaining experience and understanding the construction business, Harsh entered into the field of developing propertiess.
